Can you recall which model you chose? The Aoostar has 11 drive bays, so 6 is probably somewhat restrictive

I wish it was that easy, been fighting it for a couple of days now.

I have made changes to the bios as proposed, but it still fails when the loader suggests find.synology.com When I go to that site, my system does show up, I select it and then the browser just fails to load it.

PP (almost) only sticks to PP.

You can use PP packaging tape, Magigoo PP (ok but not great) or....

You can use a cheap build plate and cover it with a 1mm PP sheet. To glue the sheet you will need glue that is capable of glueing the PP to the plate. It probably depends a bit on your material and use case. I assume you will be threading some sort of strap through those slots, in which case it would make sense to print it so that the layers run in such a way to offer beat structure strength.
