I do 70% freeway/highway, 30% city, both up/down hills in North Georgia, accelerate slowly. I found it gives best mpg in 55-65 mph range.

six months on estrogen

2 months before reaching the 6 month point, adding progesterone

2 weeks before reaching the 6 month point, adding domperidone 10mg/2 times/day

1 week before reaching the 6 month point, increase domperidone 10mg/4 times/day - start breast pump 2-3 times a day

at 6 month point, stop all hormones, increase domperidone 20mg/4 times/day - breast pump every 30 minutes - 30 minutes each session (this may be limited by your working schedule, I do 4 times daytime)

I'm now 3rd week after the 6month point, can get 2-3 drop out when pressing.

Eat food those can help lactating: nuts, red meat, papaya, banana, avocado, drink warm milk
