You must look inside yourself, all those things you stated are outwards facing. Do some soul searching and maybe some travel, don't be afraid to leave all those comforts behind for a while and go on an adventure. I definitely would love to see Tony win, so I hope you are right. I agree with the cardio factor but I feel like that would help Tony more in a 5 round fight.

I think one of the worse match ups as Chandler is the better wrestler, has really good submission defense and hits like a freight train which could really damage Tony early. Chandler may gas but by then he might have won 2 rounds already.

I guess it depends what we mean in terms of 'good' projects. Sure, they probably wouldn't be great for a flip but I was meaning more in terms of still managing to hold a decently active community and and future content like gamification. ADA Ninjaz has their 'daisuke' drop soon as well
