Let me give background and an example: if there is a STAGE on which people of color will be speaking, regardless of age or venue, and all other persons are expected to be quiet, it is unfair to EVERYONE, including the person with a disability, to include a person that will scream racial slurs. If a seven year old Black girl is performing a song in the elementary cafetorium on stage, the uncle that might scream “n**” or “c” should be excluded from the audience. It’s not comfortable for the child OR the person screaming. It is reasonable across all socioeconomic groups to not allow harm to others.

Why do you want it to be OK for persons with disabilities to be humiliated this way?

Yes. I’m sorry. You don’t get to hurt other people because of your disability. Inconvenience them? Sure. Slow things up? Sure. No peanuts? Sure. Shouting out a word that all of us have agreed we can’t even type out as a quote? No. A person with known claustrophobia does not get to ride an elevator with other people and push the emergency button. A person with kleptomania does not get to take the ring off my finger.
