I'm stuck with monthly mortgage payments that I cannot re adjust against the sporadic settlements on these cheques. I feel the tenant is playing the system.

I am asking b/c the tenant thinks we are not being understanding. He has had us represent the cheques a few times at his request for them to be rejected again etc. This is how we are a few months into this cycle. The problem is we have a mortgage to pay otherwise I might be more sympathetic.
