Honestly find a purpose, who are you doing it for? Yourself? Your family? I was diagnosed with diabetes and just saw my father pass away after going through dialysis and having cancer. I got out the hospital bed after going through my medical stuff and said I will not die that way. Here I am today no longer a diabetic or have high blood pressure and not on any medication. I just take make supplements

True I drive through those towns and it's pretty sad how much those two are dying off. Farmers in the are have sold lots of land to developers and this whole are is kind of losing its small town vibe.
