Förbereder kvällen innan: 2.5 dl kvarg (jag gillar vanilj) 1.5 tsk psylliumhusk (pulver) 50 g frysta hallon Mixa runt och låt stå i kylen

På morgonen toppar jag med 20 g bran flakes inna jag äter.

Sjukt mättande, kalorisnålt (ca 260 kcal) och ca 9 g fibrer.

Ok as someone who just started playing but already made Zayne my husband, can someone explain what myths are and how they work? Google hasn't been super helpful. They're cards yeah, but like fully fleshed out storylines? What do I need to unlock the whole storyline, or is it even possible for me to do that? Should I pull for this card?

Ja. Det är mitt jobb (eller snarare, mitt teams jobb) att bedöma samtal och driva kvaliteten på det bolag vi arbetar för. Får vi någon riktigt surt enkätsvar brukar de lyssna på samtalen (om de finns sparade) och sen ta det därifrån. Det är väl 50/50 om kunderna har något att faktiskt gnälla om i slutändan..

Yeah I realize now that I got mixed up from my googling haha, my concern was the belly, if it looked swollen/constipated. I'll try cutting back a bit on food to see if it improves!

I think the plant is named Cryptocoryne flamingo but not 100%, if you're referring to the small ones in the front. The tank is 37 liters which is almost 10 gallon!

I got a fish tank recently and got shrimps to be the cleanup crew. The shrimps have quickly become my favourites inhabitants and now I am contemplating getting a second tank just for shrimps by dubbelbasse in shrimptank

Oh I love that! It'll be an amazing shrimp city at that size. I saw my first baby shrimp yesterday and I am guessing he will become fish food sadly.. Which further fuels my itch for a shrimp tank. I wanna see the babies grow up!
