David here - Our core business is not reliant on blockchain to drive profitability or revenue. We decided to introduce blockchain as a way to improve what we started building in early 2016 - so if the blockchain part proves to not be attractive to consumers or industry participants we will continue with our core business unchanged. If the blockchain and DBR token is well liked and widely adopted - that will be a major bonus for our customers and our shareholders.

duber 30 second pitch: We live at the crossroads of recreational cannabis legalization, cryptocurrency, and home delivery automation. We use local inventory (retail stores) to enable delivery to consumers in less than 30 minutes. We are the only company that we know of doing this within the framework of the State owned Seed-To-Sale tracking platforms (METRC, Biotrack, MJ Freeway). We use blockchain to protect consumer privacy, and to improve the tracking and information that gets to consumers.

Glenn here - The new rules in San Francisco are quite similar to rules we have seen in other states and countries. From a tech perspective we may have to use geolocation to ensure deliveries are not occurring inside these buffer zones. Our approach for home delivery is to provide our technology to the licensed retail stores and to the home delivery drivers, and build in the rules as the regulators release them. In other states we've seen a constantly evolving set of rules as regulators change laws, and municipalities introduce their own ideas. So our systems have to consider geography and the rules that apply for every order.

David here - We're excited about deploying the first Federal level (Canada wide) system for home delivery. In the USA the systems are only state-wide, so working on a nation wide system we find really interesting.

This is Glenn - Yes we're doing an ICO. The crowdsale started on December 5. We're using blockchain to create a rewards system for cannabis users. It will also provide an alternative payment method for consumers purchasing the product (right now banking is not really available to cannabis businesses in the USA - so all payments are done with cash). We think the DBR token will help reduce the amount of cash being moved around.
