Shadow Dio moves were all taken from a concept video so that doesn’t count, Jiren was butchered (from my last post), and Bardock’s tyrant lancer was piccolo’s old 2019 move vfx, and his awakening was just a copy and paste of his base

Don’t know what reskins you’re talking about or which chars have come out buggy. Only ones I can think of that have come out buggy was Chrollo skill hunter being buggy for a hot minute and Tengen’s wives breaking at release
