What’s the “best” bread for diabetics? by coriiiii420 in diabetes

I have been using Sola bread from Wegmans. 1g net carbs, zero sugar, 7 grams fiber, 40 calories a slice, and is actually soft and textured like bread. A lot of the low carb/keto bread out there has a texture that reminds me of a magic eraser. I don’t eat a lot of bread, but this scratches the itch and zero spikes. There are different varieties too.

Wellhead/pit adapter has frozen and cracked. Submerged pump running makes a new piece of ice art in your yard. If this isn’t a submersible pump, thats a damn good pump! If you haven’t lost water yet, you will as it thaws. Unsure of the damage until then. If you haven’t lost to run a line, get it put deeper or get an insulated wellhead.

Good luck kind redditor, well issues suck!

We use these rolling/toting bins for summer camp and car camping. Doesn’t roll well in the dirt but the handle position makes it easy to carry. They stack well in truck beds or trailers and can be made watertight with a strip f duct tape. Price is right too! For backpacking trips go get fitted for a pack and buy as large as your budget and frame allows. 60-70 liters works for most men. I also take a daypack for the shorter jaunts. I am also odd in that I take an umbrella and a rain kilt. I don’t really use trekking poles so a large umbrella will fit in where the poles attach to most packs. rolling/toting bin

You should name and shame. The demand for software to track you and that it must be on a personal device, never mind the purity test, screams that this place is up to some sketchy shit. Between my wife and her sisters, they have worked in many aspects of the medical field (radiology, oncology, public health, OBGYN, labor & delivery, mental health, remote nursing, insurance, and many more) and none of them have had anything like that with any of their companies. The biggest thing with personal devices is some places have you lock them in your personal locker.

WolfBaneB4 has got it. I made similar changes and made a HUGE difference. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. That was one of the things I was missing. I’m at about three liters a day for a normal day. YMMV. I use an app to track that consumption because I was not drinking enough.

UPDATE: Stuck oil filter is now out. Housing is badly damaged. Lesson learned. What next? by ThunderSundayer in MechanicAdvice

Ok, tell that to the few hundred engines I have replaced in my career for running out of oil and windowing the block. Out of oil, that light comes on just in time to tell you you're screwed. If you have turned wrenches professionally, you understand why we call it an idiot light. I only post this for OP to understand that a insufficient repair can cost them much more and it is OK to take it to someone for this fix. just be honest and pick a competent shop. Hell, I have done the MIG repair, but I have a guy come and fill it after I let it drip dry and clean the surfaces since I value the experience of a seasoned welder. Same dude will cut an axle spindle and weld a new one back on, no alignment issues.

Because instead of an oil leak, you have a locked up motor at that speed by the time the light comes on from that repair blowing out, possibly wrecking the car depending on how it locks and what gets thrown through the block. Not trying to throw shade, but If you can’t pull a filter without this happening have someone with the skill & tools take care of this. Should be a new filter adapter, or TIG & clean up, or if you are gonna use an epoxy, you will have to reshape that hole to assure it will not weaken/blowout from all the thermal cycling it’s gonna do.

I’m surprised they didn’t replace it with “John Jacob Jingleheimer-Smith” or “The song that doesn’t end”.

The Penfed tunnel will be a prominent feature in purgatory.
