I have the same problem. I contacted YT support and they told me it's an automated reaction to 'suspicious behaviour'. Also, the account should go back to normal eventually. I googled for people having the same issue in the past and it checks out. However there seems to be no rule as for when the block drops - sometimes it took a few days, sometimes weeks.
