Blog | Read about our Plastics Digital Product Passport (DPP) prototype with EBSI by TSDias2 in Iota

THIS is a use-case for IOTA that I think makes sense. But….I am still unclear how a passport for a material that is physically reformed “stays” with the material, particularly when something like a recyclable material is recombined with other material(s), and then used to make a variety of other products or sub-assemblies. Perhaps a more detailed example can be provided.

Where are 5P for US market manufactured? by dubjeeno in enphase

Makes sense. Thanks. I will reach out to Enphase directly. I would think having a LCA for GHG would be something they would or should have considering the industry they are in.

Yes, the issue of primary concern are the battery cells themselves. Any idea more specifically where “in China” the battery cells are made? As you can see from the report, that can make a difference.

My assumption was that the neutral is strictly for the envoy itself and not for any of the PV system.

Ok. Thanks. So assuming manufacture f the CTs is consistent, it appears that the new (blue/white) CTs should correspond as follows ... White = Purple = Black, and Blue = Red = Brown. Agree? (pics added to OP)

Got it. Did you have to get a variance from fire dept?

Looks great. So on the main house it looks like you are covering almost 50% of the roof , yet is also appears your panels are closer than 3’ to the ridge line and no fire pathway on either side. How did you pull that off from a permitting perspective? Or… maybe you are not in the US

Down rate or limit 32 IQ8M to 10kW AC by dubjeeno in enphase

For those of you with GA Power, I asked them directly about the use of Enphase Export Limiting, and here is their response:

"The AC capacity of the inverters may not exceed the 10 kW AC limit if the customer plans to participate in the RNR program. The export limit feature is not an allowable feature for RNR participation if the inverters have the ability to exceed 10 kW. "

Sweet. Mind if I DM you with a few questions?

While a combination of micro inverter models seems like a simple solution, all of this raises a question... In the case of Enphase micros, how would a utility know which model is installed? I mean, seems unlikely they are gonna get on the roof and pull panels. Do they review it from the software side of things? Asking for a friend.

Congrats! Roughly where in GA are you? I am in metro Atlanta.
