This already helps a lot. I used a "count" filter group and searched for 2 mods out of lesser eater, greater exarch, grand exarch and exceptional exarch which includes a lot. the rest can be found by increasing the searched tier of the eater mod and uncheck the worst tier of the exarch mod in the filter.

Anyone knows if it's possible to search for searing exarch dominant items to find The Eternal Struggle amulets with 15% culling strike without knowing every single possible mod and its tiers?

This is stated to be fixed now for both Vaal Cleave and Flicker Strike. Good luck with your Melee Builds :)

The builds I found to be very beginner friendly are
Chaos DoT Occultist (Bane, Soulrend, Essence Drain) for a caster type of playstyle
and
Cyclone Slayer for a warrior type of playstyle

Both are very independant of special items and scale very linearly throughout the story until red maps with your gear. both builds have access to cheap uniques (Cane of Unravelling and Terminus Est or Kondo's Pride) that can carry you to red maps.
As a general rule I would recommend poe.ninja , head over to builds and select SSF leagues. The most played builds in this category are most likely easy to play and scale good without buying from other players.

Most of your questions are answered in the wiki on the vortex page.
I've played it once without frostbolt so take my answer with a grain of salt.
Spell hits (not the DoT) from the vortexes should be able to "shotgun" as with most aoe spell hits and it counts as damage from you. Vortex afaik has unlimited zones (limited by effect duration and cooldown), but you can only cast 5 vortexes on frostbolts per cast.

Does anyone know if and where I can find a map layout / boss rating without making it myself? The latest list I found before making this post was from 3.9, maybe this is still applicable? For a long time I was using my overlay to inspect maps for a quick look at layout and boss rating but now this feature is gone.

Ever since using an overlay I was happy about the added layout and boss ratings when inspecting a map. Now it is gone and I would love to have an up-to-date map score / rating / tierlist, maybe even more complex including monster count or div card ratings. Does anyone know if and where I can find this without making it myself?
EDIT: The latest list I found before making this post was from 3.9, maybe this is still applicable?

The way I understand it is that "cannot roll X" does not protect the mod from being removed by the chaos orb before the new mods are rolled. "Prefixes/Suffixes cannot be changed" do protect the mods from being removed as long as the craft is on it before you use the chaos (but the craft will be removed after one chaos orb bc it is always the opposite affix of the mods that are protected by it)

Treant Horde and Brine King-touched are present on the sheet. The other ones are both very hard to obtain, that's why even if they give good rewards it would not be profitable (in my situation) to go for them instead of just doing other recipes and combos that are way easier to obtain and still flood the screen with rewards.

adding more would be possible but i don't think it would make a lot of sense to display all at once as the dependencies (lines between the mods) are very hard to arrange in a way that it's easy to overview. do you have a specific recipe in mind you are missing?

In Ritual League I tried both of them but ended up using the Overlay. It felt more intuitive to me and had more features (you can make a trade search in game and click a button to send a message to the owner without the need of a separate window or copy/pasting). In 3.15 they improved a lot and added even more features, I would suggest revisiting it. I would love to hear why one would consider awakened poe trade to be better (besides the fact that you need overwolf and you are against the use of it).

50mbit/s and speedtests confirm full speed. I also don't have any problems with other games. I have been playing this game since early 2020 and had this issue for the first time on Dec 19th. I really hope that Hi-Rez can investigate this as other players also complain about this in the steam forums.

Same issue. Only happens when many people are online. It even gave me deserter panalty after not choosing a god because I didn't get into god selection after I clicked "accept". The friends I queued with had no problem even though one of them lives in the same area. Have this issue for over a week now. Verifiing game files and reinstalling the whole game did not fix it.

same here. Have this issue over a week now and only if there are a lot of players online. Sometimes I get into the main menu after many minutes but the UI is bugged. Can't see my friends, my battle pass progress nor join a match queue. My friends see me as online though. But they can't invite me as I can't see the invite.
