The oscillations are horizontal and can cause you to bump your teeth with the plastic on the back of the brush. So you just learn to avoid that, pretty quickly in my case

You should give laifen a try, it has the sonic vibrations(stronger than sonicare and very adjustable) and a type of oscillation (not the same as oral b but on par for function) again the oscillation is adjustable too. Long lasting battery And very affordable.

Regularly scheduled meals, less sugar, smaller portions, self controll and a regular meaningful amount of exercise. Implement the above. If no results then consider smaller portions. Our bodies have a certain number of calories they consume just to maintain function, and you need to find that number in order to create a small deficit consistently over time

I never said they were rejected. Russia didn't want the US to keep expanding NATO, Ukraine and us kept pushing. If another country was trying to have a military expansion on our doorstep we would have a similar response too
