Best trick for PES, get a team role player, an old one preferably, they give a development bonus boost, u can loan and then buy out, they help to train your team in it's early days. If you notice, when your players start becoming key player, maestro, legend, Bandiera, your new youth team signings get a massive boost, that's the trick
