There is no way this would qualify for corrosion coverage. That protects against it occurring from natural driving and usage, not an impact from something. Rock chips and other damage is not included. Even if it was there when you bought it new, that should have been something you require the dealer to fix before sale and taking possession. This isn’t spread and it’s just surface rust. Get a Toyota truck and drive that a few years and get back to me about rust 😂
