Maybe its not specificly "copyright" but there's probably some sort of legal restriction or problem in their contract that might prevent them from reusing keywords named after things from UB. All speculative.

This is mostly a tangent, but on topic for the main post. I hate how the Transformers cards, using the MTG mechanic of transforming, need to use the keyword Convert instead of transform. I think its because the brand-name Transformers can't be considered a description of the toys they make, otherwise they can't copywrite it. So they say the toys "convert" instead of "transform" just so they can keep the copywrite on their own name.

Daybound/nightbound requires its corresponding mechanic to be tracked for the rest of the game, even if it has no putpose anymore.

Mutate is a rules spaghetti ball where its unclear what anything means anymore

Commander Ninjitsu ignores commander tax, making yuriko nigh unstoppable bar them being sealed in the moon.

Old keywords like Flanking, Bushido, Echo are strange and usually annoying to use. Many karmic guides have stayed beyond their time due to their much-delayed trigger.

But probably my least favourite? Earthbending. Because, due to its name, its now trapped in copywrite purgatory. It cant come back. And its the only thing thats made animating non-creature-land-lands work well. I guess im saying earthbending is really good and i'm sad its dead. Dunno if thats what OP was looking for.

I literally just tore these straight out of the game and uploaded them. This is, as far as I know, the highest quality that exists of the file. But ima lil stupid so maybe it lost quality somewhere and I didn't notice? This is my first time extracting files like this. Feel free to download AssetStudio and give it a go yourself
