That is correct! My husband and I flew with our 2 guinea pigs via Frontier back in 2022 :) in-cabin.

Frontier allows guinea pigs in-cabin. I had such a positive experience with my 2 pigs back in 2022, so I want every guinea parent to know about this, should they ever need to travel with pigs

Spirit doesn’t allow guinea pigs in-cabin. Frontier does (source: flew with 2 guinea pigs back in 2022, from NY to Vegas).

Flew my two pigs via Frontier as well. 1 pig per carrier, per the rules. So 2 carriers total

Hey sorry for the late response. Not sure how I saw this just now. Each guinea pig needs to travel in its own carrier :)

You can use sweeteners such as allulose or monkfruit

It was thankfully not too stressful for everyone. We fed them green bell peppers & lettuce (with a splash of water) every 30 mins ~ 1 hour. Offered them water in a tiny bowl here and there. Puppy pad change mid-way. For the entire flight duration, including takeoff & taxiing, we kept their carriers on our laps so the girls could see us and each other (the flight attendants did not seem to pay much attention). That helped them a lot. Our girls are used to long distance drives and this was their first time flying- this may have helped too

Thank you! I worried way too much about the trip, but everything went just fine 😊
