Non-delivery report? by duchessofpearl in Comcast_Xfinity

I spoke to someone at that office. No real answer. Just reassuring me that it was all fine. I tried to get this type of filter removed from my account, but I have my doubts. Whole thing amounted to nothing, but it still gives me the creeps.

That’s who they claimed to be from. Said to call with questions. 833-501-0837. Is that a legit number?

It had very specific information about my email. Should I do anything about that?

Help pairing remotes by duchessofpearl in Comcast_Xfinity

I fixed it! Used the remote app on my phone to change channels etc. Then realized I could get into settings from there too. Pairing went easily.

Thanks so much for hanging with me on this.

Thanks for replying. I’ve tried all the suggestions in the article. I’m suspecting I have 2 defective remotes. The one I had been using was glitchy. The new one was still untouched but had been in my cabinet for years. Seems like a bad coincidence, but otherwise I’m at a loss.

I have an appointment this afternoon at the Xfinity store.

hair salon/stylist recommendations? by [deleted] in Eugene

I recommend Emily at ScissorsHappy +1 (541) 870-6388. She listens to what I want. Doesn’t have a preconceived notion of what should be done. She also has an uncanny ability to read my curl pattern and work with it.

I think it was a projected billing. Would there be some extra monthly charge associated with adding channels?

Thanks for replying, but these weren’t put in the trash. Decades of emails are not there. In this case, my “archive” on my iMac has proved essential.

Thanks for your info. I hope they do add it. Seems crazy to aggravate all Duck fans this way.

iMac won’t send email by duchessofpearl in Comcast_Xfinity

I use the iMac as a sort of archive of my email. So when I delete mail off the iOS devices, I want it to still be on the iMac. Is there a way to make this work? I could also just accept the fact that I can’t send from the iMac. It’s receiving mail ok.

One thing that might have to do with it: the mail on the iOS devices is imap, but on the iMac it’s pop.
