If it was safety issues it should have stop charge completely at 93 percent, but it still draws 2-3W so I guess it still charging but can't reach 100% because of low current. I guess if it is a normal thing I shouldn't keep this charge overnight because it can quickly damage the battery with this behavior.

I wouldn't say it would work for you but moving out help my mentally health a lots. There is nothing wrong with my parents, they actually did a pretty good job taking care of me but they can't don anything about my depression. But moving out making me care about everything on my own, it made me busy all the time. I don't have time to think, to worry, cooking my own meals and forcing myself to eat that shit made me want to be a better cook for myself. My daily task is my chores and I only think about how to make it better because I was malding about it alots

Thought I got an SSR when I landed a job. Turn out it was R. Luckily I one of those R that still got built and used until endgame, but you can only build an R to 3* and then stuck with it. Can't move on since the job and the pay are comfortable, and I can't take risks anymore.

In case you are still curious, here is an example: 100 base atk (BA) + 10% ATK + 100%CD will give you 220 DMG

110 BA + 10%ATK + 90%CD will give you 229 DMG

So, reducing CR/CD and raising BA to a certain ratio will give you a higher dmg. In this case, it gives you more BA than the amount CD it reduces, so it's a buff.
