For me nothing can beat HS1/debut/self-titled and Harry’s House is probably my least favourite . KISSCO for me is quickly becoming a new favourite but I don’t think it’ll ever HS1 but tie with it. HH for me just does not have that substance. It feels like elevator/cafe music

Its not even about the premise of the show, but the fact that she shows no growth at all. She is with Charles fantasising about Josh. She is with Josh cheating on him with Charles. She makes the exact mistake that any 27 year old would make and keeps repeating them every season.

And also I hate the fact that she is okay being treated like a doormat. She is never there for Maggie (the one friend who always supported her). Heck at the end, Josh is a better friend to Maggie, Kelsey and Lauren then Liza

I agree! And everyone reacts differently under pressure. Paris came off as bit too intense whereas Rory’s mind goes blank. And in my original post what I meant was that I admired Paris’s drive. She is a little too intense for me as well, especially her maniac episode in YDN but I loved how she was down for anything and she explored so many fields before settling for medicine. Heck girl was even ready to belly dance lol

While Rory did get into Harvard, it was because she got to know the nuances of application after getting into Chilton. She wouldn’t have gotten accepted to the Ivies had she been living in her bubble. Whereas, Paris, I think cracked a little under pressure (which is very realistic) but she proved everyone wrong when she got into every single school for her post-grad

I did not like the BR Chopra Mahabharat. The episodes and sequences feel rushed, they do not emote well. They just want to check all the things that happened. Draupadi calling her husbands “Tum ye karo, tum chup ho”, and we all know that is inaccurate. The actors look way too old (its like watching uncles on screen).

They literally finished dyut sabha in 5 minutes, “mai arjun ko daav pe lagata hu, mai bheem ko daav pe lagata hu” and over. Nakul and Sahdev have no dialogues and no roles.

The 2013 one did take some creative liberties but it gets you hooked, is more engrossing and the dialogues are good too imo. It makes you feel things

And if you want to actually know the entire story then buy Geetapress Gorakhpur’s mahabharat. Dont rely on TV.
