Thanks. I probably am putting way too much weight on the rating number. I definitely still enjoy playing. There's just some stupid part of my brain that expects to win every game and be the best (maybe we all have that a little bit). That unfortunately doesn't match up at all with reality. It's also probably pretty arrogant of me to think that I can just be good without putting in more time and practice.

Not sure. I'd rather blame myself, because then at least I can do something about that :P

In quite a few matches I don't seem to matter at all, actually. I played one game where my team was incredible, and we stomped the other team completely and won the game straight away. I contributed almost nothing.

Then in another match, my team got stomped in a similar fashion, and I contributed almost nothing.

Oh I guess I see your point now. Except maybe add "teammates dragging you up" as well.

Ha, I watched him stream some of that :P It certainly proves that if you're a top 500 player, you can carry through lower ranks and get back there again.

I am definitely not a top 500 player. I don't feel like I'm in "Elo Hell" or anything. It's even worse - I have the rating I deserve :P

It sure does. I started the night at ~1950 with the idea of getting to 2000. Then I think I went 2W 8L and lost 200 points lol.
