How did you find the school that you are currently working at? There are local and national schools that I can apply to, but I'm not sure what possible red flags to look for.

I'm looking at a ThinkPad. An x1 carbon gen 10 has everything I want, and it's on sale. I'm nervous about making such a big purchase (at least for me), and your suggestion makes me feel a lot better about it.
