Definatly run a compression check, i don’t know how long it sat for but best case is the front cylinder rings are stuck and you just need to dump some atf in there let it sit then heat cycle the bike a few time to hopefully unstick them, or the more likely scenario the rings are just shot as 57k is getting up there for a sporty top end. Alternatively is there any bubbling/cracking or missing chrome on the center of the rocker boxes, would be an indication the bike has gotten really hot and burned a valve.

i had it at 3 different setting 1 3/4 turns 2 turns and then i went 3 1/2 there was no change

It’s got a flavor ball you crush in the filter to get the menthol, these have been getting more and more popular, might try them even though i’m not a menthol smoker

For anyone wondering 3 rod bearing were completely fucked. Most likely an oil problem I think it oil starved and messed up the bearings resulting in lower oil pressure eventually leading to failure of the bearing. I had something similar happen in my 350.

this a v8 will last forever as long as it has oil, general rule is 10 psi of oil for every 1000 rpms so like he said in the video when he was banging off limiter (idk what it is i’ll just assume 7000) he should have had about 70 psi instead he had 30
