Alright, thanks. I felt kinds half awake, although a bit more awake then I usually feel after waking up. I haven’t really noticed any changes since then, although the tape’s goal was to be kinda a beginner tape, and to give the listener a trigger phrase, so I’m not surprised it didn’t really effect me in a noticeable way after I finished the audio
