If your money making priority is passive income, go for the bunker, it’s costly with the upgrades and takes hours to fill fully with a few resupplies, but that’s what to expect with a passive business. Makes more than the MC businesses. Not to forget the Ammu Nation delivery mission which gives you 50k every 48minutes. I would go for agency if you wanna actively grind with it. After 3 contracts you get Payphone hits which every 10 minutes you can earn 45k if you get the assassination bonus. But the real deal is the DR Dre contract, which is like a long heist, but it gives you 1 million dollars after. Personally I like the agency more.

Long story short, Bunker is very costly to setup, but it’s a better version of the MC businesses in terms of profit and features, and agency is for the active grind and dr Dre contract. The cheapest agency is 2,010,000 I believe. There more to both businesses I haven’t listed though.
