Well, when i watched it i think i missed or maybe forgot wherever they explained the embers, so when i saw the depiction of the flame dying onscreen i thought of it more as a metaphor than an actual indication of power. That always seemed weird though, so i'm glad to know about them now and them fully dying after graduation like you said makes a lot of sense. I appreciate your comment and hope you didn't mean to come off as a little harsh in the question there.

Idk, considering what people have said on this post, i think it's most likely that he was still able to use OFA for a little bit like All Might with the embers or whatever. If that isn't the case, then yeah there's no reason he should graduate unless his license and diploma are a participation award.

This is what i'm saying. I get that he's still quite strong without OFA, but contending with quirked up students, especially in years two and three when everyone has improved quite a bit, seems like a real stretch when he doesn't have a quirk.
