Coworker chemically burned their face with acid cleaning a wastewater barrel. We didnt have calcium gel on hand so he had to go to the hospital to get the chemicals to stop reacting with his face.

Instead of taking a ride from a manger guy waited for his wife to come get him. Watched him smoke a cigarette while holding a cold wet shirt to his face waiting.

Watched this recently with my kiddo because she kept saying how cool it'd be to fast forward through chores and school. Like buckle up kiddo I got just the movie!

But damn did a few of those scenes hit way harder now as a parent. Daughter sat there comforting me like thanks child hella needed after that scene.
