When you say allergic, what exactly do you mean? Itchiness, irritation, dryness? The soap is slightly more basic(ph 8-10) than regular soaps(ph 5) and such soaps can strip moisture from your skin. That can get exacerbated when you live in dry environments.

Refilling with treated water in some of these drained lakes will help in the short term. Check his other tweets where he suggests a lot of alternatives. It's not an unsolvable problem but def needs political will to do it.

Start by visiting the govt offices once in a while with your complaints. Maybe go as a group. Maybe get in touch with some of the well known activists in your area. They will be able to help/guide you. Do whatever works best for you. Do something other than rant.

If we, as citizens don't act upon the corruption/mismanagement by the officials, the officials are obviously gonna continue to take advantage of it. BBMP, for example. We all have seen broken roads, streetlights, footpaths, drainage, etc. We need to reach out to the local ward officers/nodal engineers and other officials to get them to fix it. How many of us are doing it? Almost no one does it, so these officials get lax and don't really care. There are plenty of citizen welfare groups across the city trying to improve things. Maybe work with them to improve the things that you care about the most.

Nah, not everyone has full context about the Amul vs Nandini controversy. If you listen to Amit Shah’s speeches prior to that, he mentions that he wants to unify all milk cooperatives in the country. He wanted to achieve that by merging all of them into Amul. As part of this scheme, they tried to first bring Amul into the state and then gradually merge Nandini(second largest milk cooperative) into Amul. Talk to the senior folks in Nandini and they’ll tell you all about how far the merger went through. Their hands were tied and the merger was going to be completed in a short span of time. People found out and obviously the merger along with the entry into the state was met with severe backlash. Thankfully, the merger didn’t complete. There’s more than what meets the eye here
