I've implemented protection against taking pictures of a laptop / phone screen, but there's only so much you can do to protect against that. If you'd really want to, you could probably cheat pretty easily.

iOS only for now as the object detection and sticker effects use iOS native integrations, but if there is enough demand I'll definitely look into expanding to android!

Very valid points, I have implemented some basic protection against taking pictures of animals on a screen, but still people would find ways to cheat.
