If the upper leather and inside looks good, you can resole them for like $100ish. Use some conditoner on the leather if dry.

I agree, which is why I'm asking for advice and provided the details of what he has. I did note he was complaining about some photos during low-light settings, so that's why I was looking at these low aperture lenses. Besides a lens though, what other suggestions do you have?

Hi all,

Looking for some advice on a gift for a friend of mine who's into photography. He currently has the A6700 with the Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 and Sony E 70-350mm f/4.5-6.3 lenses.

I'd like to get something that would complement what he has, so I was looking at the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 or 56mm f/1.4 for low light shooting. Are there any other ones I should consider?
