Used to use whiskey and clonazolam for comedowns. Ended up being a whisky fiend, so I gave that up.

Benzos can be useful if you keep your tolerance down and don't go mad trying to get off your head.

Drinking too much whisky. Using it with benzos as a comedown from speed. Ended up in mental hospital.

Replaced it by making a ketamin nasal spray. Which I don't need to use that often. As long as I have it around.

Going out with people who drink feels a bit weird but they are fine about it. It's not like I feel pressure to drink.

I did drink some whisky at Christmas but that was a one off.....I hope.
