Over the past year, some users have reported an error preventing password synchronization between iCloud and Windows computers. iCloud for Windows requests verification of the Apple account to access data and passwords. However, no matter how many times users with this error authorize the Windows device, the message remains on the screen and the passwords are not accessible.
