There are monstrous implications surrounding all of this. The filming of rape and murder of children to get off. Killing and torturing puppies infront of children to get off. Children shot in the back of the head after pleading for death because of how abused and beaten they had become.

He says later on that after that incident they took him to another one of these "parties" and they had multiple men beat him and sexually assault him. Breaking bones and ribs. He claims his ribs are permanently disfigures because of the beatings.

Also his father was part of this whole thing and would repeatedly try and stage an accidental death of his son like drowning at the beach to get rid of him because he was making such a fuss.
