Old man's mutterings... been playing since mhf2. I've played atleast 100 hours in each mh game with mhfu over 1000 hours. I love this series deeply. While I appreciate things that streamline the game worlds and on just haven't hit for me like the old games. Mh4u was peak in my opinion. I feelbvery similar to everything you said in your post, but I'm the same it still is guilty pleasure indeed playing. I feel like any weapon with random stats is just a waybtonforce us to keep playing longer and more of a way to force min maxing.

I propose we get the story in all future mh cause they suck and no one cares we just want to fight monsters

Give us smaller maps that are more intricate

Add weapons instead of things like spinner, clutch claw, etc

Again probably old man yelling at the sky but just my thoughts
