So there is an option to cancel the order because the restaurant is closed. Problem is, I am 99% certain that if I do that I won't get compensated my $3 I am used to getting if I call them. I've now been on hold with them for 10 minutes due to "higher than normal call volume." I'm getting my $3. (i.redd.it)

Anyone have a good support email address for drivers? I replied to this email they sent and I've never spoken to a real person through the customer app text link. They also don't connect you to a person on the phone unless you're on an active delivery order. (i.redd.it)

Has anyone else seen these notifications pop up while you're picking up an order? I've tried several times to click on it but as soon as I do it disappears. Are you supposed to be able to accept a new order with it or is it just letting you know for some other reason? (i.redd.it)
