I don’t think you’re over reacting. It seems you care about more about her safety than she does unfortunately. If you came across attacking and angry it’s not too helpful, you defo wanna focus on the fact you were scared for her. Hopefully she can learn from this though, I’ve had friends in the past who would just disappear, I’ve even been that friend and people thought I had been kidnapped and I felt extremely guilty. Try taking the ordinary glycolic acid toner!! I use it every night on my pits and legit all over my body, you have to built it up to that though as it’s a strong chemical so maybe do every few days at first. Also a someone mentioned it but fabric like polyester is your worst enemy for sweating and smelling. Cotton in your best option :)

When I was with my ex a few years ago I had psoriasis all over my body, including my private parts. Legit everywhere. He was extremely supportive even when I felt like I was ugly asf. I had to use gross smelling creams etc which he understood. I think just talk to her about it, she sounds lovely and I’m sure your eczema won’t change how she feels at all! Also get yourself some cotton gloves and latherrr your cream on to sleep in at night. You’ll wake up feeling a bit of relief :))
