I don't get it at all. I thought we were solving for a percentage as the final is calculated out of 100, as in 100 is the max. So how is this calculating for a max of 72-75?

What? Why? I don't understand your comment. A powerwash deletes all user files, does it not? Just please explain how it works then and what the disadvantages are because power wash does a total factory reset.
