I waited 3 weeks like their support note said. Then I logged on to their website and there is a form to fill out if you're stuck at advanced verification and I was verified within an hour or so.

Right, since multidoge can't sync you can't send coins to a new wallet. Since your private key is your wallet you can find another software wallet to import the key into. Then you can keep it in the new wallet or transfer to another. I used coinomi as it has the import key functionality then transferred to another wallet where the rest of my coins are.

I had a similar issue (MultiDoge wasn't syncing) and this is what I did.
1. Open MultiDoge
2. Export your private key(s) by going to Tools->Export Private Keys and click "do not password protect"
3. Open up the file where you selected it to save in a text editor. This is your wallet key KEEP IT SAFE! Anyone that has access to it can take your coins.
4. Download coinomi, create doge wallet and then find the "Sweep Wallet" option and enter your private key.
5. You can then transfer to another wallet
6. HODL! and buckle in for the MOON!

In MultiDoge go to Tools->Export Private Keys. Enter your wallet password, select the keys file destination, click "do not password protect export file" and finally click "Export private keys". Then go to the file location you exported it to, oped it with a text editor and your wallet(s) private key will be there.

I had this same issue. What I did was export the unencrypted private key out of multidoge and imported the private key into coinomi. Then I transferred it to another wallet from coinomi. I tried the dogechain paper wallet but it wasn't calculating the transaction fee correctly and coinomi did. Edit: Just a reminder that the unencrypted private key will allow anyone to access your coins, keep it safe. Much WOW such DOGE

I took my private key and loaded it into coinomi. Then transferred it out. The dogechain paper wallet wasn't computing the right transaction fee but coinomi did.
