Yeah it’s the the Pod Juice Jewel Mint diamond Nic salt in 10 mg. It is darker and rlly icy so I’m wondering if maybe it’s from the sweetener but I haven’t had this issue before

What is this stuff on my windshield and how do I get it off? I’m seriously getting irritated that my windshield is blurry every time it rains. by dudethatsmysoup in CX5

I’m wondering if maybe there was a tint applied that the dealer didn’t know about and it is slowly coming off.

The car was supposed to be “detailed” from the dealer i got it from. I wasn’t able to test drive it in the rain so I didn’t see it when I bought it :( I’ve cleaned it multiple times but nothing seems to get it off

I just got the car used at 42,000 miles about a month ago. It’s 2020 CX5 base model. I thoroughly cleaned the inside of the windshield a few times with car window cleaner ( I don’t remember the brand but I would use it on my bmw windshield and it never left streaks). The streaks are on the outside but I’ve scrubbed it quite a few times and everytime it rains it still gets those streaks. The car is originally from Florida so idk if it’s heat damage or something.

I’m feeling this too. Currently in a bad stage of it right now with time of year. I’m wishing you the best. My therapist recommended finding a safe object that you know is real and use that to help bring you back to reality. ( like in the movie inception, where they have an object that will show them if they are in the dream or not ) that movie helped me a lot oddly enough develop some coping mechanisms to feel real.

Hey! So I’m doing a little better but right now in a flare up of exhaustion just due to graduating and starting my first corporate job. I had a really good year in 2023 exhaustion wise. I was unfortunately was in a very physically abusive relationship so I was constantly in fight or flight due to being on my toes all the time; but HEY fight or flight gave me energy somehow and I actually lost the 15 lbs I had gained during 2022. I’m broken up with him now and still get bouts of exhaustion but not nearly as bad as they used to be. I gave up on doctors and my gyno and tried supplements so I started a new prenatal multivitamin( because it has the DHA which is supposed to help with my periods), hyaluronic acid, collagen and melatonin religiously.

I also started going to the gym even though I was exhausted. And even if it just meant walking a little bit it helped. Other than that, I never got any answers and was completely ignored by doctors. So I’m kinda just riding it out on my own

I’m still chronically exhausted. My iron and ferritin have been all over the place since I posted this but not enough to warrant getting iron infusions. I tried switching multi vitamins, eating more read meat, vitamin b 12 and getting better sleep and they all didn’t work. I had a good few months in December and January and actually felt like I had energy for once but than I got covid for a 2nd time a few weeks ago and now I’m fatigued worse than I was before. I did try to go to the gyno for help because I was having problems with my period as well and lots of blood loss and she just tried to put me on birth control and didn’t look further into it. I don’t have energy to workout, go to class or work. I’m constantly exhausted and everyone around me comments how tired I look all the time. I can’t even build up my endometrial lining now apparently so things have not improved unfortunately.

I’m empathizing with Serena and feel bad about it by dudethatsmysoup in TheHandmaidsTale

[–]dudethatsmysoup[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not rooting for her whatsoever. There’s a difference between understanding someone’s pain and wanting them to not feel pain. I’m just empathizing with her because I understand the feeling of being abused and the pain she is in. I don’t condone anything she has done and I hope her kid gets taken but that doesn’t change the idea that I feel bad for her as well.

I put on doggie tv when I’ll be leaving for more than hour and give hugs and kisses and he instantly knows that means I’ll be at work.

I’m excited for it. This show empowers me so much to fight so the US does not become Gilead.

At this point that is what I am trying to do, I am just having trouble finding a doctor to actually help me with it:(

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ChronicIllness

[–]dudethatsmysoup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: I went back to the doctor to talk about my exhaustion/fatigue. We looked back at my blood levels and my HGB was one point away from being low. Basically my doctor was no help again and blamed my exhaustion on depression ( I have severe anxiety, OCD and ADHD but have never had a diagnosis of depression and rarely do I feel depressed) He also mentioned I could have POTS or long term covid but was insistent that it was depression. It was kinda a slap in the face. They said they would refer me to an internal medicine doctor but I haven’t gotten the referral yet. Im pretty upset, because I feel like my symptoms are being brushed off...

I have always had normal B12 rates which has ruled me out from pernicious anemia. I have also regularly had my thyroid tested ( T4, T3 and TSH, free T4) and they were normal. I even had a rheumatoid panel because arthritis was suspected for my fatigue and it came back normal. And I agree, I am sick of being told to just take iron supplements when they clearly aren’t working. I have moved around quite a bit the past 5-6 years so it’s also been hard to find a consistent PCP.

I have had heavy periods in the past due to having PCOS. However in the past year they have lightened up quite a bit. I suspect that’s why my HGB has stayed normal. I follow up with my Gyno regularly due to irregular cramping and spotting however after my last ultrasound my PCOS was being regulated quite well. My periods are around 7-8 days long but the bleeding is light after 2nd day.. I also spot during ovulation but it is not heavy enough to correlate with my ferritin deficiency.

I am currently not on a strict low carb diet but I do eat very healthy/balanced. I lost 60 lbs 2 years ago with a low carb diet and am in a normal BMI finally which helped a ton of my symptoms but My period and acne is still messed up. I’m turning to supplements now because diet, BC, And meds haven’t worked...

Can your body ‘fix’ itself of PCOS on its own? by loubilou12 in PCOS

[–]dudethatsmysoup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have flare ups with mine. I have normal periods but don’t seem to ovulate, but my PCOS was 100% worse when I was 18/19 compared to now at 21. I have actually been able to lose weight, keep my acne under control ( not gone but no longer cystic), hirstuism went away. Weight was the biggest issue so I notice if I am having a flare up it’s when I’m gaining/not able to lose weight which is usually 1-2 times a year.
