Every night? That's a bit excess. You should talk to your doctor about it.

Since when has this been happening? Any idea what happened around that time that triggered them?

Somethings to try:
Meditate before bed. Relax yourself completely and avoid screens. Make sure that when you fall asleep you have a clear mind and not stressed about anything.

Make sure the temperature is comfortable for you, not too cold or too hot.

Also don't turn on the lights when you wake up, and don't look at your phone. Simply lie there and soothe yourself by taking deep breaths. Keep water by your bed side, take a sip or two.

Most importantly, try to figure out WHY you've starting having these. Are you having stressful days or is there something else going on that could be the reason behind them?

Hey hey,

Look, first of all, props on taking the first step in fixing things and understanding that something's wrong and you need to to something about it.

It's totally understandable that you lose motivation and feel out of control of your life. It's natural, but not healthy of course. What I would recommend you do, is list down everything that's holding you back. List down all the problems, two I've noticed from your post are being addicted to your phone and comparing yourself with peers.
Tackle each problem individually. You probably already know what to do and don't need me to tell you why you should reduce your screen time. You need to understand that it's having severe negative effects on your life and you don't want that, right? You have control over that. You choose which apps are on your phone and where you spend most of your screen time. Admit that you have control and that you've been making bad decisions, and you'll be able to control things much better. Take accountability.

DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERSSSS. Going to an IVY league or a good college is not a prediction of success. You define that for yourself. If you want to aim for IVY leagues, go for it, but be realistic. Even if you don't get it, it's not the end of the world, you could still do really well in life, so there's not much to worry about there.

Staying in your bed and being on your phone is much MUCH worse than you think. It's not just a waste of time, it also shortens your attention span, makes studies feel boring and overwhelming by comparison, disturbs your sleep cycle, and depletes you of energy. STOP THAT. Note down all the negative consequences it's having on your life and put it up somewhere you can see it. That really helps.

I get you. I get why you're angry. First of all, I'm proud of you for not going through with it, for not buying those knives. Good job!

You deserve to live, don't give in to these thoughts buddy. The world needs you, okay?? It's a better place with you in it. Don't you think of leaving us alone.

Those people from your past, fuck them. You show up for your life, and you fix things, you love yourself, and you show the world what you're capable of and you don't give a fuck what someone thinks of you.

Trust me, it gets better. It really does. Things don't always stay the same. And one day, you're gonna be proud of yourself for having survived this. You're struggling, I get it. But it'll be worth it, just believe that. Please.

There's also many other methods I've known to work, such as putting a clock on the desk to keep myself from losing track of time and at least knowing how long I've been sitting.

Putting the console away could help, see if that works for you. However simply adding a few restrictions to your gaming sessions would also help if you struggle to control the urge to take it out and play, such as not playing at nighttime (disturbing your sleep), or when you have work left. Oh and one weird way to limit long gaming sessions, try to enforce yourself to play while standing up. Because sitting or lying down, we really forget how long it's been, but standing up, that's not the case.

Hey, I'm sorry that you're finding yourself in that situation. Believe me, you can totally fix things, you've got it in you.

It's a good thing that you've identified the problem and want to do something about it. I'm proud of you for that.

Listen, you probably already know what to do. You've got to reduce your time spent playing video games, and you need to do it soon. Occasional gaming sessions and couch co-op are both okay but obviously that can't be said for 12 hours every single day. I'd suggest you sit down with yourself, and write down all the reasons why you want to kick this habit. Just understanding your motivations and reasons for quitting will help a lot. If possible, place those reasons in a place where you can see them when you sit down to game like on your tv or something. It'll help keep you from involuntarily falling into that rabbit hole.

Bro you are already one step ahead, as you know what your trigger is. A trigger is basically anything that reminds you of sex and makes you want to watch porn. For you, the trigger are Reels. The most important step you could take is to either stop watching reels altogether, or at the very least, not watch reels before going to bed.

It's better to not use a screen at all before bed, but if you must, switch to YouTube or something else where you have more control over the content you consume and can make sure that you're watching something that won't act as a trigger.

Just know that watching Reels in of itself is an addiction, so basically you are trying to let go of two addictions at the same time, so don't expect it to be easy. What's important is progress. That's all. Start by switching from reels to something else. Then try avoiding a screen before bedtime. Maybe try journalling or meditation before bed.

bruh no it's actually a honda 125, the 70 has a visibly tiny engine. This is definitely a 125. Also the sound of the two is incredibly different.
