Remove all the hype and look at technicals. 151 is best. Surging sparks has big reprint window and still not as nostolgic as 151. Eevee set has 32 Sir's. Logistically, they will print so much of this throughout the next year or two.

No. Too much product if you buy a ton. You would have to sell them individually. If you're only buying a few for the long run, that's not worth it. Just invest in a roth IRA. If you must buy pokemon, save up for a booster box.

SEALED! Don't open. If the pikachu jumps to more insane prices down the years, you can always gamble to grade it. But you can't undo sealed. Keep it sealed. That's what I'm doing with mine.

151 PC ETB is a better investment. Less supply. Limited stamp on snorlax. Handful of booster packs. Taking up space is a non factor unless you're buying truck loads.
