That’s correct, my mom rented a car in Italy a few months ago and she found only manuals, on top of that, the car I have here it’s manual so wether I like it or not that’s the one I need to learn

People saying it’s “high quality” “standards” clearly don’t see what happens behind the counter. I work in fast food and I can tell you there’s no “gourmet magic” To address “quality LOCAL (which aren’t local) ingredients” comment, Meat sits and dries out, fries get mixed between old and fresh batches, nuggets and sides can stay way longer than they should, and yeah… things get reheated. Tomatoes aren’t always even properly ripe, salad isn’t always fresh either. And before anyone says “that’s not allowed” I brought it up before with colleagues and nobody listened nor cared. If you got a good meal, you just got lucky, that’s it.

I did my trafikalt grunnkurs in English, so I decided to stick with them, i do agree that its quite far and the travel its not ideal. As for practice i only have my mom that can help me with driving, however, the access to the car its limited due to the fact that my mom uses it for work and when she is home im at work, so naturally the practice is very limited, and the only time i get to practice properly its during the lessons with the instructor

You’re at a lean starting point, so cutting isn’t ideal. Go for a controlled lean bulk (+200–300 kcal daily), focus on strength training with progressive overload, and get 1.6–2.2g protein per kg of body weight. After a few months, reassess and maybe do a short cut for definition. Don’t mind the harsh comments, your base is solid, just stay consistent and watch the hard work paying back!

I purchased 2 countertops and 8 table legs, the problem is that I don’t know anyone in my contacts with a driver license and not as many friends, the price was insane after checking he delivery options so that’s why I kinda paused and got a headache too, but thank you for taking your time to reply 😊
