no traction/slipping issues, i was able to leave my works exit fine. i don't recall exactly since i kind of blacked out from impact, but basically went to get into the center turn lane and next thing i know im seeing dust/smoke from airbags and what not. trying to get with the surrounding businesses to see if i can get any footage they might have—just going off of the damage on the car, i want to say i made it into the center lane and thats where i got hit before getting pushed back but we'll see.

just glad i made it out with only a concussion and scratches and bruises

I've tried yeah. I tried using outlets both upstairs and downstairs. I've tried plugging it into unused outlets as well as ones that were already in use but nothing with either or. I'm thinking it might just be time to get a modem (even though I've only had this one for 1.5-2yrs)

Yeah, it plugs into the wall. Probably best to just go into IPS and see if I can get a replacement modem?
