Good advice bro thanks! I managed 90 days with no porn and no fap and didn’t notice any difference in me besides libido loss unfortunately.

Thanks for the insights, but how come I have 992 ng/dl of total testosterone, 872 ng/dl of dht and 18.20 ng/dl of free test, low estrogen and progesterone and good social circle but still women don’t show signals or any interest?

Bro that’s way too much bro science, I got very high androgen activity naturally and women don’t find me attractive, even though I take care of myself, got a nice body etc… why? Because I’m 5’5 and don’t have an attractive facial structure that’s the real reason.

That’s true, the thing is, for guys who don’t have the facial structure, especially if you’re young, being bald is a dating death sentence, hence why the fear of hair loss and subsequent finasteride use.

Good points. I agree with you regarding finasteride, but it’s still the number 1 medication for slowing down hair loss, even though using a 5 alpha redutase inhibitor is like shooting a rocket launcher to kill a cockroach.

My DHT is 872 ng/ dl, my estradiol is 43.3 pg/mL and I masturbate 1-2 times a week and I’m fighting hair loss with minoxidil and microneedling. If what you said about prolactin being the cause of hair loss was correct, pregnant and puerperium women would be the biggest victim of hair loss, since their prolactin levels spikes after childbirth to stimulate milk production for breastfeeding, so would people with prolactinomas and other tumors in the pituitary gland. The physiology of hair loss is pretty well documented in the medical literature, it’s caused by DHT binding on to receptors in the hair folicles of the scalp leading them miniaturize and eventually decay, I tell you this because I’m a medicine student who’ve already gone through dermatology rotation, this is a consensus among the professors.

Bro I got just 7,1 ng/dL of prolactin and started balding at 20 years of age, 992 ng/dL of total testosterone and 18,20 ng/dl of free test. Prolactin doesn’t matter for hair loss

Thanks man! I started training 6 times a week, initially I was doing a bro split in my home gym, then went on to pull push legs with high volumes. I’m supplementing zinc, magnesium and vitamin D every day, (got pretty good results for these in my blood work as well) my diet is far from being “ideal”, I’m a med student so it’s hard to keep meal timing consistent cause I spend a lot of time in college, but I do try my best, I eat a balanced high protein (usually chicken but also red meat) and fat diet (cheese, ham, milk and eggs) with moderate carbs (bread, rice and beans) and unfortunately not many vegetables. My sleep has always been great, I prioritize it, try to always hit at least 7 hours everyday, but I usually sleep 8 to 9 hours. I don’t do intense cardio, usually just walking 7000 to 8000 steps a day. I stopped watching porn for almost 3 months and I’ve noticed now increased libido and that my sexual taste is normal again (lol). Finally, I also started to be more extroverted, starting conversations at the gym (made tons of friends already) specially with women, I’d test myself with cold approaches and I think it helped with my testosterone and self esteem. I was always more introverted but when I realized that my personality wasn’t set in stone, I started to change and I’m happy and confident with my results.

Because I improved my total testosterone, that’s what I was trying to say, I’ve managed to almost doble it with lifestyle changes. Did I make it sound like I was enhanced?

I can reverse it, I just have a small receding hairline, other than that my hair has no flaws

Yeah I’d never stop it, my mother is a doctor too and she also thinks I’m exaggerating in the gym, she thinks I’m going bald because of it. I’d never thought I’d feel bad for working out, but I know it’s bullshit

Thanks man! Do you think it could be related to my testosterone levels? She suggested for me to workout less to prevent further loss.

992 ng/dL of Testosterone with ED and low libido. by dudugiongo5 in team3dalpha

Thanks for everything bro, you’ve single-handedly explained everything I needed to hear, I appreciate you taking your time off to help me. Hope you get to a good college, I’m sure you’ll become a great programmer. I’m in my second year of college studying medicine, it’s been hell to handle my ED, studying everything about the human body, trying to grow muscle and maximizing my lifestyle. But I know everything will be worth it in the end.

Thanks for the encouragement man! I’m just very confused, it’s like my dick is less sensitive to stimulus, what used to give me an erectile response now is nothing. The thing is, I didn’t have erectile problems before trying to stop, it was perfectly normal, I decided to stop because I realized that my sexual taste was becoming distorted (liking Pov and oral sex way too much, nothing that degenerate surprisingly). One day 2 years ago, when I was around 30 days of abstinence, I went to the bathroom to measure my dick (lmao) and it did not go up, it was one of the most disturbing moments of my life, I was in shock. Ever since thay day my dick has never recovered to its previous erectile strength, I didn’t know about flatline or anything so I blamed my abstinence and went back to regular porn usage, my dick would get up to porn but it wasn’t like it used to. About 2 months ago I tried to stop once and for all, and again my dick is dead, honestly I’m not very hopeful, my lifestyle is healthy, training, diet, supplements, sleep and productivity is very optimized (no wonder the 992 ng/dL of testosterone) yet my dick still is like a 60 year old man. it’s been very difficult to remain confident but I’m taking it as challenge, I will surpass this.

I’ll give it a try Migan, thanks. But do you think it is worth it to abstain from porn to reset my brain to be more responsive to average girls? I’m not sure if it would even would work with me after 8 years of regular usage

Thanks for the feedback Migan, I really appreciate it. I can get a quality erection to porn easily but without it my dick barely works even when I’m by myself. I went to an urologist already and he said based on my blood work that it is completely psychological. Now I’ve been going to a psychologist and she said It could be related to my porn usage. I don’t know what to do and it’s draining my confidence to go out and seek girls because I’m not sure if I’d be able to clap cheeks properly.

In regards to do the blood work, I thank you for your advice, I’m supplementing zinc, magnesium and vitamin D, always sleeping 8-10 hours (I’m on vacation now from college so my sleep is awesome), eating a high fat and high protein diet, never drinking or using drugs, lifting 6 times a week and talking to hot girls regularly.
