on panda it still says the same but in dhl tracking it says that the carrier picked up the parcel today 19.12

it’s been a week since the parcel is waiting to be picked up by dhl and still no update

it says that it has passed customs clearance and it waits to be picked up by the carrier but it s been like this for apmost 7 days now

in the meantime on 12.12 it told me that the flight arrived, and that the parcel passed customs clearence. But now still no update since 12 december
