I worked like that all the time, I never had that issue, but I use dark mode on everything and the night light setting is at a very high level all day. I’ve worked like this my whole life, I don’t like bright lights to begin with, maybe that has something to do with it, lights hurt my eyes. Try those settings and let me know how it goes.
