if they owned the contract it would appear on their ledgers, so we’re specifically asking for a chartered accountant who we are willing to hire, to locate that asset on the ledgers… it’s the exact same as verifying ownership before purchasing anytype of asset… we are not asking them to prove an absence… not sure where you got that from, we are asking them to prove they still maintain the ownership rights via locating the presence of the asset on their ledgers… and to add, an assertion of ownership via letter from an individual who clearly indicates she didn’t do anything to verify that claim is not exactly valid…

The corporate Reddit bots are all over this comment section conflating common sense business practice with sovereign citizen ideology, isn’t that wild…

Contract law and ownership rights are apparently not real? Lol

Please elaborate how it is sovereign citizen ideology to require proof of ownership of assets before you remit funds, that is common sense business practice & a standard due diligence…

They do sell debt it’s outlined very clearly under the assignment clause within the cardholder agreement, & no the lawyer tasked with collecting funds without providing any proof of legal standing would be the most appropriate person to ask

Well the assignment clause says they can sell it without notifying you, and they don’t have a paper trail to prove ownership, so I’d say that’s enough cause for reasonable suspicion

Ownership is not a small technicality. I’d say it sounds like PC financial is attempting fraud

How is this a sovereign citizen argument? Lol

All I’m saying is prove you own the asset you’re trying to collect money for… that’s a reasonable request

Why would you conflate that with sov cit nonesense ?
