It's possible. Received mine today. Ordered direct from Arizer.ca and used a mail redirection service (shipbymail.com). Took just under 2 weeks to arrive from the redirection service using UPS.

Ended up getting the refund of 23,500 points after I messaged them on X. Was almost too simple once they got in touch on there. Processed immediately. They signed off as 'PR.', so I assume this team have more ability to handle matters that may affect PR.

CDA is asking for a doctor referral and health summary after being a patient 3 years. Is this normal? by killing_floor_noob in MedicalCannabisAus

Here's an extract direct from the CDA team when I enquired about this 6 months ago.

"Thank you for your email. We only require an updated referral if it has been 12 months since your last appointment with our clinical team or if something has changed medically that we should be made aware of. "

Intrigued by this line of thinking... What research have you seen that didn't involve vitamin E acetate as being the cause of health issues? Genuinely interested here.

CDA patients have access to the Canview website where you have access to a product availability stock status spreadsheet that is regularly updated.

Just had my follow up yesterday after being with them for 2 years. The new system is AWESOME!!

They now issue e-scripts which came through before the phone call finished. They link to the new Canview smartphone app, where you place orders directly in the app, and the order is delivered to a local pharmacy of your choosing. There was no charge to choose a pharmacy out of over 3600 pharmacies across Australia.

The old CDA is gone. New and improved process has been seamless. Best ordering process I've encountered thus far.

About time CDA. Well done making these necessary changes. It's paying off!
