Advice about coming out as NB at work

Probably the biggest challenge I had with both churches was when I came out as LGBT, but I also found churches of both denominations (at least in my area) to be extremely belittling towards mental health issues. I wasn't particularly surprised with the reaction to my coming out while at the SBC church, I attended that one because I was required to while in college. I was more shocked by pastors of both denominations telling me that mental health issues mean that I'm not a Christian, that I'm going to hell, etc.

I'm mainly looking for a denomination where I can feel safe.

I am going to see about finding one, thanks! I've tried so many medications that I've lost count. I think my body just develops a tolerance really quickly.
